Drew Vriesman leads the Transaction Advisory Services group. With over ten years of professional experience, he is responsible for leading financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic buyers and sellers. Drew serves clients in a broad range of sectors and industries, including technology, healthcare, media and entertainment, manufacturing, and professional services.

Prior to V7 Consulting Group, Drew was a founding member of Intrinsic Firm, LLC's Transaction Advisory Services practice, joining the group in its infancy and building to eight team members with over fifty completed engagements. In addition to scaling the practice, he lead an extensive upgrade and revision to the firm's CRM platform, served as the ongoing platform administrator, and held the role of in-house IT.

Drew also worked for an ultra-high net worth family office as a portfolio company operator, followed by holding a key role in the office's finance and operations team. He was responsible for all facets of the accounting function, extending beyond the day-to-day accounting into budgeting and forecasting for multiple entities, building management reporting tools, and revising and implementing processes and procedures throughout the organization. As part of the finance and operations team, his responsibilities ranged from conducting financial due diligence for management buyouts, developing structured reporting for family investments, revenue modeling, and product pricing.

Drew began his career in public accounting at EKS&H, LLLP (now Plante Moran) where he completed financial statements audits of publicly-traded and privately-held companies.
